Our Vision

Long Term

• Create an environment in Aargau where players can come to learn, develop and play the game of rugby.
• Be competitive in the Swiss Super Sevens Competition.
• Provide development and pathways for players towards the 15s version of rugby.
• Look to expand into a larger population area (Brugg,Lenzberg,Aarau).
• Form a reputable annual home tournament.

Medium Term

• Increase knowledge of the Baboons and rugby in the surrounding area (more interaction with community in Baboons clothing, school sports events, town events).
• Create a team of coaches that have knowledge ranging from basics - experienced, plus rugby specific strength and conditioning.
• Continue building training attendance.
• Plan 1-2 promoted “open training” for the public with a simple training plan to show all aspects of rugby.

Short Term

• Implement Baboons game strategy during training and games.
• Increase year round training attendance to 15 people.
• Build general base fitness.
• Develop a testing database.
