Training Info
Our trainings take place Monday and Thursday at 7pm all year around. We are lucky enough to have access to a grass field most of the year, and over winter we head in doors to do strength and conditioning in our very own gym. Our on field trainings are broken down into 3 parts; Fitness, Skills, and Game Systems.
Our coaching and senior player group have experience in teaching new players the sport of rugby, from the basics of catch and pass to the more complex game mechanics and systems.
